I received a phone call from Jen Silva from the dealership about my interest in new BMW X1. In chatting with her on the phone, she listen to what I was looking for and our conversation was very refreshing and not pushy you normally you receive from dealerships.She made me feel like I was friend and not a customer.Few days later, I went to the dealership and met with my salesperson Tony Braich. I found the sales representative (Carolyn Fiala) to be very knowledgeable and helpful during the sales process. Both her and the other people I interacted with for the entire sales process were professional. I would recommend both the sales representative and the dealer.

I would highly recommend BMW of Bridgewater because they are competent, professional, honest, transparant and friendly. I had water damage to my 2006 530xi wagon and they promptly handled a technical and complex repair at a fair price. The customer service department particularly Debra Shafer was very professional and always treated me with respect, providing very detailed information and explanation; her technical knowledge about cars is impressive. It's great to do business with a company that is run so well!

Chad was very informative during the service visit. He was also very responsive. He tried to answer all of my questions. He took the time to take me into the service garage to actually show me where issues were. Of course, the technician was there as well. Time will tell if all the work done was successful. The issue wiyh the rear differential was not eliminated. But I was told this will cause no additional engine/drive train problems.

Got a recall notice in my mail for my 2008 BMW 335I . Went to BMW of Bridgewater the next morning, dealership was very busy, but Deb managed to get me in for service that same morning and had my car fixed and looking great within 90 min. She was outstanding, treats the customers like friends and maintains a very professional attitude as well. She is a big reason why I return here for service to my car.

I was very pleased with my experience at BMW of Bridgewater. I worked with Mike Watson and it was a pleasure. Mike did a wonderful job of making feel comfortable and provided a great deal of knowledge about the cars I looked at. He did an excellent job of working with me on various pricing options and never tried to "sell" me on anything I wasn't comfortable with. Eventually, I decided to go in a non-BMW direction (no reflection on Mike or the cars), but the fact that I'm still writing a review on Mike's behalf should speak ... read more

I called to make an appointment for my 7 Series and left a vmail for Deb. Deb called me back within 10 min and helped me schedule a service appointment not to mention a loaner car WITH Navigation! Being a busy Sales Executive I often come in to see Deb while I'm on a client call..yes I know I'm rude.. but Deb just does her thing and gets me all set so I can get back on the road.
