When I walked threw the dealership service entrance I was immediately greeted by Debra Shafer and she swiftly started to help me. Debra was able to answer all my questions and was very helpful. My car was taken care of in a timely manner and it was returned to me washed and vacuumed. I was 100% satisfied with my overall experience and I have recommended my friends and family to go get their BMW's serviced at BMW of Bridgewater.
The employees mention above were very courteous and attentive to my needs. Chad was honest and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Sean was very pleasant and efficient. Lori was also very kind and went out of her way to get me a brochure for the X1. Everyone was smiling and I left smiling. Customer service seems to be lost in today's world but not at BMW of Bridgewater. BTW - I came in to order a $17 part.
My overall experience with BMW of Bridgewater could not have been any better. Chad Renninger provided me with service that went well above and beyond anything I've experienced at any other dealership. He was polite, knowledgeable, extremely professional and above all else honest. It is a pleasure to bring my car to Bridgewater BMW. In particular, Chad Renninger in the service department is as professional and friendly as can be. They follow up with update phone calls and cheerfully provide a loaner car. When I am ready to buy a new car, I will be considering another BMW, not so much for the brand (which is excellent in of itself), but moreso because of this dealership and the ownership experience they provide.

By far the best experience buying a car I have ever had. Mike was wonderful he worked with me to buy a car at a great price. He went out of his way to ensure I was happy. I have hsd the car serviced there for 4 years. The car had several issues (HPFP, Injectors, battery, carbon build up, brakes) and all of the work was done under warranty. For non warranty work, they have the lowest prices in the area. All staff is friendly and "bend over backwards" for their customers. Would not go to any other dealer.

This was my first visit to this new dealership. The entire experience was OUTSTANDING! Service advisor Debra Shafer is TERRIFIC! Knowledgable, professional, friendly and focused on making my service experience excellent!
