"Expensive " So I brought my car in for several items. The most important was door locks that weren’t disengaging when my car was parked. That ended up costing $600+ because the door lock actuator had to be replaced. My car is only a 2011, and it seems a bit ridiculous that it already needs something like that. It certainly doesn’t inspire confidence in build quality and parts. "I couldn’t come to them so they came to me!" Thompson BMW may be farther away from me than other BMW dealerships but because of their customer service I’ll go the distance. Due to circumstances with an accident in our home, and horrible icy weather I couldn’t get to the dealership with the end of the month looming and a lease package that would make me monthly payments much higher if I missed a certain date, Dennis, one of the managers came to our home personally so we could sign papers. "Brake repair" Second time to repair brakes. Still pulsating. Asked for rotor cut. Installed new factory. Advised factory was placed last time and factory is not true.

"Maintenance " There was grease inside my door on the leather and a greasy had print on top of car like someone touch with dirty hands getting into my car

"Wish more things were covered under my extendedBMW warranty " Not understanding how the engine block bolt is not included under the new BMW Extended warranty I procured - I Am still awaiting a list of items that are still covered that I have asked for twice now from BMW Thompson warranty dept? Can you have someone contact me from warranty area.

"Cigarette smoke in a loaner " The loaner vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke. My 4 year old daughter and I had to reschedule our plans for the day because it was unbearable to be inside that car .

"Inspection and new tires " My prior experience with Thompson was exception. However, this last time I was extremely disappointed. It will was the first time I incurred a maintenance cost (3 new tires and an alignment) and my car was returned to me with a tire underinflates and the tire pressure indicator not reset. I am very disappointed given my bill was $800. No concerns with the cost. Just concerns with customer service and trust. I am expecting a call back from the dealership.

"4x BMW owner" The check in and check out process were fine but the service took longer than expected and my customer service rep, Gwen, is just not a friendly person and acts as if she is doing you a favor when calling with an update. After dealing with her multiple times and not having a good experience at all, I requested to switch account reps. I work in the retail industry and a bad personality in an account rep can very easily cost you the loss of a very loyal customer. Luckily, the young lady who I worked with in the ... read more

"Service" My vehicle lost power steering after encountering a canister containing chemicals in the middle of a road that was unavoidable. Thompson quickly dispatched a tow and got it in for servicing. The technician clearly explained the damage and expedited the repairs in a timely manner.
