"Problem was not resolved " Brand new x3 in shop for three days they could not find the problem with the speaker. First time I was back in the car the problem presented itself immediately. Called and left message with service manager and have not received a return phone call.

"BAD gas!!" Thompson went out of their way to get my car from Raleigh brought to Doylestown due to bad gas. They gave me a loaner for the duration of the repair and brought my poor car back to life! Andi the service manager was professional and very helpful!!

"Service" Issues were addressed but communication with me was poor. Dropped off car at 8:45 and had to call at 3:30 to find out what was happening. They promised to call back at 4 so I could have time to drive there by the time center closed at 5 but didn’t call back until 4:30 when I was already on my way. Very unexpected considering the great service and communication my wife gets with her car at Thomson Lexus.

"Disappointing. " BMW service coupon not applied. BMW food drive coupon not applied. Car returned unwashed (and with food drive cans sitting on back seat) Driver left his Dunkin cup in my vehicle. I am hopeful these issues will be resolved.

"Capable" Pleasure to deal with. Punctual, polite and professional. The problem was fixed; really fixed. What else is important. A warning malfunction covered by warranty. BMW is always expensive, but always a value

"Very fair problem resolution" Something went wrong with the computer system that controls many of the features in our 2014 335i. We had the same problem two years ago when the vehicle was still under warranty. The fix at that time was a software reload. This time they determined that a new head unit was needed, an expensive proposition. It amazes me that people just "buy" what Thompson tells them about their new car value or the value of their trade-in. Thompson offered me about *3 times less* on my trade-in (I had not one but two competing offers for my trade-in, both at about three times the price Thompson would offer). Thompson would not decrease the price on their new vehicle either, despite clear evidence (via a competitive offer, I did not bother to show them the second one) that theirs was overpriced. First off, I've been a Thompson customer for over a decade. Thompson's Lexus was exceptional, the staff was amazing and very patient and immensely helpful.
