"No-hassle experience " They came and picked up my damaged car, left me a loaner. They dealt w the insurance company for the payment. Kept me updated about repair progress. Everyone I dealt with was really nice
"Understanding your customers leads to happiness. " This is my 5th BMW. The first three were from Thompson. The fourth was at Princeton. I walked into Thompson without high hopes on number 5.
