"2nd scheduled service " Very timely service and met all my needs and expectations. I was able to reschedule on late notice. Stayed on site during service and good experience to utilize quiet room to work and nice access to refreshments.

"Always outstanding service" After 19 years of BMW ownership, I continue to have the utmost confidence in the Thompson BMW service department. I cannot remember an incidence of even average maintenance or repair work or having to return a vehicle due to a problem not being properly addressed.the first time. I am not sure how a dealership could improve on that record.

"Great service received!!" I was extremely satisfied with my latest service at Thompson BMW which was to repair some damage done to my vehicle while it had previously been in for service. Not only did you do a great job with the repair, my vehicle was detailed inside and out and felt and looked just like it did when I originally bought it 9 months ago. I have made it a point to tell all of my acquaintances about this excellent level of customer service I received from Thompson BMW. Thank you!!

"great service experience" Only problem, which I blame BMW for, was that the on-board computer upgrade wiped all my presets (media, seat, mirrors). Would think the technicians would know to save preferences before the update and reset them.

"Thank you." We were overall satisfied with the service. We had a question about the cost of fixing one of the fog lights that was displaced (otherwise working fine but we were told it wouldn't pass the inspections). The service manager reached out to me and explained. Was able to give some discount. Also we are missing the inspection results. If someone can send us a copy would be greatly appreciated.
