"New bmw lease" I wasnt pleased with the original deal. I spoke to the sales manager and he came up with a much better price. I love my car, but I wish the inside was better explained to me.i dont feel like they took enough time. I had to read the manual to do everything. However, Ryan was very knowledgeable about the car and had a great personality

"Replacement of a strut" Thompson goes out of the way to make sure the customers are happy. Even for a customer like me, who purchased a used vehicle. Their service team on the phone and in person is always helpful and professional. I have to purchase at least two more cars in the next five years, and they will be purchased at Thompson.

"Replacement of sensors" There was a problem with the rear passenger restraint system that necessitated replacement of the seat pad, as well as the vents on the front of the car. Parts were ordered from Germany and I took the car in, they kept the car, and gave me an almost new BMW loaner. They kept me informed by phone and text and next morning the car was ready, washed and cleaned for me to pick up. Very satisfied with the Thompson BMW Service team.
