"Awesome Experience with TPG" I should start this with saying I’m EXTREMELY picky when it comes to leaving my car at a shop for service as it’s always difficult to find someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind. Laura Zimmerman is just that - she’s always so accommodating and communicates everything to me. I always feel comfortable leaving my car with her and always highly recommend and sing her praises to friends and family.

"Excellent service Experience " The service representatives are always very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I feel they go above and beyond to get your breakdown fixed while providing you updates and information during the process. The complimentary loaner car is a tremendous feature offered when having your vehicle serviced as well as having your vehicle washed and cleaned upon completion. The valets at Thompson are very nice.

"Trade in" Ryan was wonderful when I traded my 2011 in and upgraded to a 2016. He answered any questions I had and he listened to what my requests were. Ryan was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Thompson BMW and Ryan!
