"Stupendous!" Dennis Bridges and the Thompson team went above and beyond in helping me choose the perfect vehicle, and they treated me like family. I have never had such a pleasant experience purchasing a car. The time from start to finish was quick and easy, the car is better than I could have imagined. Definitely recommend Dennis and Thompson for all automobile needs.

"Extra service" The service center went out of there way to accommodate the tire brand i wanted They let me keep the loaner till they found and installed the new tires. All other repairs and recall was done

"Driveshaft replacement " My vehicle had to be towed in as it lost all power going to the wheels. It was diagnosed as a broken driveshaft. Laura Zimmerman, Brandon Savona, and the rest of the staff at Thompson always go above and beyond to ensure I get the absolute best service. Will recommend Thompson bmw to anyone looking to get the best service

"Always fantastic!" I am always completely satisfied with Thompson BMW service. They are the best service department around! I always work with Dan Goldman and he is very thorough and always explains everything completely so that I am not left with questions after my service appointments.

"Courteous, Profressional, Accommodating" The service representative assigned to me is Matt. He explains. He's courteous and professional. In addition, the fact that Thompson provides a loaner while my car is being serviced keeps me coming back. Driving a new BMW while my car is being serviced gives me an idea of and a feel for my choice of my next car. I'm sure that's part of the plan but I like it, nonetheless. "Impressed by Norm!" When we were walking around the car park where all cars are located, Norm actively approached us asking if we have any question or anything to help and then he finally got sales of 7 series! He also was very nice to process all purchasing steps, etc. 5 starts to recommend, for sure.

"Excellent Customer Service " My experiences at Thompson BMW service has always been excellent. Beginning with a pleasant greeting from the valet when dropping off my car. The service advisor I go to, Gwen Davis is very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Additionally, my car is always ready when promised and I have never had to go back because something was missed. Lastly, loner vehicles provided are always clean in and out.
