"They were there when I really needed them!" I needed my car serviced after hitting an object on the highway and Thompson took me in right before closing time on Saturday, gave me a cortesey vehicle and sent me on my way. Then they worked with my insurance to get everything situated. Although I expect this service from my dealership - Thompson just made it seamless and was extremely helpful given the situation that I was in. "Repair of our 2018 X3 after collision " Dan Goldman was our service manager and dealing with him was an absolute pleasure!!
