"Best BMW Dealer" This is my third car with Thompson BMW. I keep returning because of their great customer service, especially through Dennis Bridges, but also because BMW makes a comfortable, high performance car.

"Service and Purchase" Not surr which visit to mention. Service last week on 438 was great. Not easy ti get deer out from under the car Buying a new x3. Ryan and Troy made It smooth. I would not buy a car from any other dealer or from any other salespersons.

"Great personal service. " There was an issue with my maintenance plan from the dealership that I bought my ex five from. Your service tech was great and getting it straightened out I had to go back-and-forth between the two dealers but your guy finally just resolved it on his own. This service and your concierge program is why I always have you service my BMWs.

"Efficient service department" I had to have the Windshield of my 540 i replaced after it get hit by a stone on the NJ turnpike. I was given an almost new 3 series SUV as a loaner and the work completed well in time as per their commitment.

"Fast service" Very good serivice for winter tire swap. The winter tires are stored at the dealer’s storage place after the service. So no need to transport the tires by myself.
