"Just stopped in " I had an error message on new X5 car needed to stay as they had not seen the error before. Everyone super nice and accommodating. Only wish was better loaners.
"New tire and wheel" The service as always was excellent. Completed on time with friendly and knowledgeable employees. My car was washed and vacuumed and ready to be enjoyed!

"Best overall sales and service" I have been a customer of Thompson BMW since 1989 and continue to return. I lease my cars, do all my homework online, and then make one phone call to Rob Ridgway at Thompson BMW and he the car I I want magically appears in a few weeks: this last time it was only 3 days. I have been with Rob for the past 18 years and he always comes through for me. I never have to drive to the dealership for service, they always pick up my car and leave me a loaner. "TPG - A true enthusiast’s shop" I can’t say enough good things about TPG and their repair facility. Laura & crew are my top choice for our cars be it BMW, Porsche, Maserati etc.
"Thompson service and collision." I had routine service at the service center as well as some work done by the collision center. Both were excellent. I've come to expect that from the service center.
"My M4 service" I gave a 5 star rating because whenever I go the service is exceptional, Laura & service goes beyond expectations each time. My only criticism that I can think of is that the car doesn’t get washed because the M’s are too wide for the wash bay.
"Prompt service " Very satisfied with this dealership. Great to deal with and professional. Prompt with appointments and love how they wash my car. Matt Turnball always makes sure we are satisfied! We refer all our friends and family.
"Tires &wheel warranty service" Nothing but good, friendly service. Steve alway delivers happiness. Anytime I had issues from the beginning to end my service is taken care of. No complaint here.
