"Service Experience" Took my car in for a safety inspection and an issue that was covered under warranty. They did a phenomenal job on the warranty issue, no complaints. Will always use Thompson Service for my vehicle
"Minor service" Car charger/accessory port stopped working after having the car for a month. Scheduled service, issue was addressed promptly. I was satisfied by the professional and courteous attention from all of the people I was in contact with at Thompson.

"THOMPSON BMW Service is the BEST!" We have used Thompson for years, and their service department is the best. We never have a problem getting an appointment in a timely manner, and the service is always wonderful. "Great caring service" Refinishing wheels under tire and wheel insurance performed competently and quickly. Providing a loaner car for a family that has only one car is very helpful. Double checking repair performed in Hilton Head was reassuring.
"Best BMW Dealership in the area" I’ve been using Thompson BMW for sales and service for the past 6 years. Always top-notch at both! I choose to drive 45 minutes to an hour to Thompson, even though I have a local dealership in the Lehigh Valley that I refuse to go to.
"Wheels" Laura is an absolute gem and is as good (shhh or better) than Matt. She’s incredibly helpful and always has a very happy and professional demeanor. This is my first experience dealing with Laura and I look forward to doing so again!
