"Rob is AMAZING " Rob at Thompson BMW was outstanding and amazing to work with, He answered every question and took his time explaining the BMW X5 features. "Comprehensive Service" Dropped car off to service the hardtop on convertible. Thompson took care of recall service items while car in shop without asking. Excellent service. Thank you

"Jane makes car buying a pleasant experience." "State inspection " I waited while state inspection & oil change was performed. The waiting room was clean. The service was completed in the time frame I was told it would be.
