"Excellent service agents" The service people are helpful, friendly, and ever mindful of you and your car’s needs, Loaner car are always available if one is needed.
"Wayne Gertin is the man. " Takata airbag replacement recall done in a LONGer time than they expected. But the rep Joe was wonderful in his communication. I received calls to update the progress. Honestly and warmly.
"Good first time BMW experience " Friendly knowledgeable sales staff, good follow up contact. YOU SHOUKD NOT HAVE A MINIMUM WORD COUNT TO SUBMIT THIS FORM. VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY ANNOYING.
"Long but good" While I understand that BMW has to approve the warranty claim, I just thought it took a bit too long with 3 weeks to get my BMW M4 back. The staff were extremely kind and friendly especially Laura Zimmerman, she was super helpful and always kept me up to date. If I ever return to BMW again for service it will be because of her incredible customer service. "Pleasant experience" Salesman Raul was excellent. He listened carefully and gave us the car with the features we were looking for. He didn't push hard or sell us things we didn't want. He made the whole experience pleasant. He said the car would be ready in a week and it was. When we picked up the car, the paperwork was minimal, too. Product specialist John gave us a quick overview of the car and invited us back in for another session if we needed additional help after driving the vehicle for a week or two.
"Inspection " I always have a great experience working with Gwen! Brought my car in for annual inspection and oil change and it was done really quick with no issues.
"Great as always" Gwen and the crew have always been the greatest. The detail work was superb - they did all the things due or coming due and left me the car spotless, including updating the OS. Top drawer!
"Excellent Service " I rolled in with a flat tire and they took me right away and had me back on the road in no time. I also thought the valet service was excellent.
"THOMPSON FOR ALL SERVICE NEEDS" Laura Z and her team are my go to for all BMW service needs. My entire family goes here. I highly recommend. I travel by 2 other dealers to get to Thompson ....they are well worth the trip.
