"Long but good" While I understand that BMW has to approve the warranty claim, I just thought it took a bit too long with 3 weeks to get my BMW M4 back. The staff were extremely kind and friendly especially Laura Zimmerman, she was super helpful and always kept me up to date. If I ever return to BMW again for service it will be because of her incredible customer service. "Pleasant experience" Salesman Raul was excellent. He listened carefully and gave us the car with the features we were looking for. He didn't push hard or sell us things we didn't want. He made the whole experience pleasant. He said the car would be ready in a week and it was. When we picked up the car, the paperwork was minimal, too. Product specialist John gave us a quick overview of the car and invited us back in for another session if we needed additional help after driving the vehicle for a week or two.
