Bought a certified pre-owned 530xi - great experience - great car - really worked hard to satisfy my requirement - pleasure to work with the salesguy - got the monthly payment lower than I expected.
I have purchases two BMW's from BMW Gallery Norwood -- a 1999 BMW 528i sedan and a 2003 BMW M3 convertible. I have had them seviced by this dealership with the greatest satisfaction. We sold our 1999 BMW 528i privately this past December and bought a certified used 2008 BMW 535 xi at BMW Gallery Norwell, only because our daughter now lives in Hingham, which is in the next town from Norwell. We are also very happy with this branch of BMW Gallery. I am "SOLD" on BMW as well as BMW GALLERY GROUP as a fantastic dealership !!
I have been a customer of Gallery Group/Norwood for 12 years, same car(1999, 323 Convertible. Dan has been my service advisor since 2001. He has always been very responsive to my phone calls and e-mails regarding issues with my car. He is both pleasant and professional and is a terrific representative for customer service for this business.

It's never a good time to buy a car. I needed to trade in my old BMW and it was a rainy day. I walked into the dealership and I was greeted by a salesperson with a smile. Thinking to myself here we go again a sales-guy is looking at me as a fish to catch . I was so wrong ! He gave me a tour of the building showing me that we don't need to be outside looking at cars on a rainy day. I have since the purchase of my BMW been very happy with care that has been taken of me and my car. There has not been a time when picking up my car after servise that I can't wait to see how it feel.
