I've been a customer of BMW Gallery in Norwood for years, and I drive all the way from the Boston area. I don't need to, because there are closer dealerships, but the service department at the BMW Gallery in Norwood is so wonderful, I want to keep my BMW business there. I have enjoyed a long, informative, and friendly working relationship with Dan MacDonald. He is my BMW service expert. He's the man to call if I have a question about any kind of BMW service. And he takes the time out of his busy day to answer my questions.
I all way have purchased vehicles all my life and have never been treated the way this dealership at Gallery service has treated me. now I knew paid the high price but you get the best service for your vehicles. I love coming in for Service to BMW Gallery in Norwood. Teresa Mullen is such a pleasure to deal with. The whole process of getting my vehicle serviced here from start to finish goes so smoothly. From making the appt to arriving at the dealership and being able to come in contact with such friendly, personal and knowledgable staff just goes above and beyond what I would expect. Teresa has such a great and genuine personality you will not want to go anywhere else for service. She truly is an asset to the company.
The Service that I have received has been outstanding and the Service Advisor, Teresa Mullen, goes the extra mile to make sure that my needs are taken care of. She will set up the appointment, make sure I have a ride back to work, calls when my car is ready and sends a driver to pick me up. She is very knowledgeable about service issues and can answer any questions that I might have concerning my vehicle. She is friendly, easy going, accommodating and extremely efficient!!
