Kim Lexner is a true asset to your orginization. Although I did not originally buy my bmw from the gallery kim is the singular reason I will never do business (sales or service)with any other dealership but the gallery again. Her profesionalism,knowledge and commitment is unsurpassed.She constantly goes above and beyond for us and is always concerned with not only my comfort and safety but that of my family as well. Everyone there goes out of their way to make my visit as easy as possible. It is easy to schedule an appt. The greeters take care of you right away. The service people are outstanding. If they don't have a loaner they get you a rental. Checking out is easy.
I have worked with Kim for over 7 years she is knowledgeable and extremely helpful with all my needs when it comes time to my needs and the needs of my car. She is a delight to work with Kim always remembers you as a customer makes it a point to make sure you are happy with the service provided.
Kim, is responsive and knowledgeable. She makes me feel like I will be taken care off, and he has made it happen. I have brought my car in for the 1st 50,000 and then the next 50,000. The Service Department is great, especially Dan MacDonld whom I request. He is very informative, explains the detail, is responsive via e-mail and phone. He takes the time to deal with you and listen. He has gone the extra mile where he did not have to but did to be sure I was pleased with the service.
