i can not believe how lucky we are to have Dan MacDONALD as our service advisor at bmw-norwood. we continue to get our cars there-knowing he will take care of us. we have had 6 cars from them. both my husband and i own/lease a bmw- and dan has made our experience so wonderful- whenever there has been an issue. our daughter drives an audi A4- and the difference in the service we receive is night and day.we will continue driving bmw's- knowing dan is there to take care of us. we can not say enough nice things about the service... read more

Great service at this dealership! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.. I would not hesitate to recommend BMW Gallery Norwood to anyone. Pricing seems to be in line or below any other dealers, but in the end it is all about service, and at BMW Norwood you are treated like family.
there is no better service group the bmw norwood i had a lexus, chevrolet, and a cadillac escalade by far bmw gallery of norwood is the besti have from the hostess receptionist to sales to all service even when i call there great and i dont belive any other dealership has come close to a team like at bmw gallery of norwood
Dan McDonald is the MAN!!! He is a true professional, expert in his field and always explains what needs to get done. He is thorough, meticulous and always eager to assist with your needs. I enjoy my visits to BMW Norwood....and I continue to do so because of Dan!
My experience was terrific from the very beginning. I felt like Robert was really listening to everything I was saying and I felt truly valued as a customer. The entire show room was filled with customers, however even though they were very busy, I didn't feel rushed and I was happy with what I bought. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone and I will be back for my next car purchase.
I took my car in for service and I'm very happy with my car and my service. Dan MacDonald is my service advisor and he is extremely helpful and the mechanic Bill Georgaklis takes great care of my car. Bill is the best BMW mechanic that I have worked with.
