Every time we brought one of our two BMW's for service we were treated with the highest standards from Kim. She worked around our schedule. Provided detail informaton on what was done and why. Always followed up on her word. She is one of a kind!! It is always a pleasure to work with her.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO BMW GALLERY IN NORWOOD FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS. KIM LEXNER IS THE BEST SERVICE PERSON I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH PERIOD. THAT'S BECAUSE SHE WORKS WITH ME. I FEEL SHE'S ALWAYS LOOKING OUT FOR MY BEST INTEREST. IF I NEED A LOANER I GET ONE, SHE UPDATES ME ON THE REPAIRS THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS AND HAS ALWAYS GONE TO BAT FOR ME ON WARRANTY COVERAGE. Kim is the best. Dealership is very clean and people are helpful. I think they do a good job of explaining issues. They give me a loaner even though I didn't buy my BMW from them. My kids love the place and it's close to other interests in the area.

There is a special person in this dealership that always goes above and beyond the call of duty. Her name is Kim Lexner. She is always happy, always so professional, and always follows through. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for the last 10-12 years. I have purchased several cars and always been treated with the up most repect at this dealership. Kim is so great!! I had an issue with my Beemer that nobody could figure out. 1 day and 235 bucks later I was cruisin along! Thank you Kim!! The whole service department was really great. Chad (I think) had my problem figured out very quickly and took care of my Beemer in short order!
i have always been promptly taken care of and kept informed of progress as i waited.also when i've needed a car ,one was provided. kimberly lexner is a very kind,interested, and attentive representive. she has always given me her full attention and kept me aware of any changes or updates with a friendly and cheerful manner.
I' have been going to Norwood BMW for several years now. I always ask and deal with Dan MacDonald. he's very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Dan is always one of the busiest people at the Dealership but he finds time to always be available which i really like and that true is service. They do an awesome job welcoming their customers. Everyone there is very courteous from the person who checks the car before driving it to the mechanic to the cashier. I have never gone there and not come out overwhelmingly satisfied with the service they provide. Kim is extra especial, she is very professional, but her caring attitude, really brings professionalism to a much higher level.
