"waiting" I took my car in for a "check owners manual" light. Fortunately, it was due to recalled parts. Unfortunately, the light came back on 2 days after getting my car back. I called the service center to reschedule a time to get my car back in. There was no answer and no return call from my message.
"Too pricey, double the price from google quotes" Before I go for car repair, I google to have general idea of pricing. I had the 2 front break pads replaced on 03/20/2029. It cost $275 which doubles the google quotes . The google quotes for 4 fron & back pads are: "The average cost for a Mercedes-Benz C300 brake pad replacement is between $146 and $241. "Job performed well in all respects. Very friendly and knowle" The parts and service dept are professional, knowledgeable, and technically competent. I do not recommend any survey like this one that forces the customer to write more than one wishes, like this section. Therefore to meet 25 words, I am giving you a negative input which is not the fault of service dept. You will receive many more feedbacks by not forcing the customer to spend more time than one wishes.
"Air bag replacement" Communication could have been better. I had to call several times for updates during 4.5 months of waiting on parts to arrive. When they arrived I wasn’t notified. I got a letter from Ford Motor Company saying I was over with the rental car so I called them and was asked if I could schedule the repair! Don’t know how long they would have let it go!
"Worst Car Buying Experience Ever" Purchased Volvo from Burglund Luxury. Volvo with 44k miles on it.. Purchased over the internet since I had a 2 hour drive to Berglund. Once I arrived, salesman says car is getting new brakes installed that we would do paperwork then I'd be on my way with my new/used car.. 5 hours go by and car still not ready, "I have yet to see it in person".. "Berglund dealership and service department is horrid. " Do not get service at Roanoke, VA Berglund dealership or the Lynchburg dealership. For 3 years they have been consistently horrible. It started just after it changed ownership in 2014. Rude managers and absolutly disgusting service managers. Especially the service manager, Joe in Lynchburg, VA. We have been customers of Bergland since 2005 when we moved here. We bought a car from them in 2006 and had all our servicing done here. When we went shopping for a new vehicle, the salesman showed us 2 vehicles which we took the 2 on test drives. When we came back we explained that we weren't sure if we wanted a 20017 or 18. Save yourself the hassle of living in the burg and owning a BMW. I am now on my 3rd one because I love the brand; however, I am so tired of the rude indifference this dealership exudes every time I walk in the door. I drive a $60,000 car that I paid CASH for... I don't expect to be treated like toxic waste. In fact, the service is SO atrocious I am literally trading in my car so I don't have to drive an hour + for service anymore.
