"Quick, thorough, and great customer service. " I called with an immediate service need for my car that was not drivable and Joe fit me right in. They were quick to find the part that was needed and sent me on my way a day later with a car that looks good as new. I can’t recommend the Mercedes service department more highly!

One thing has been constant, and that is Joe, now the service MANAGER, has always been top-notch. He is knowledgeable and friendly.
