Went to get service on my 2005 E320 & ended up looking at cars. Dave did a great job of showing us an 2008,E350,love it. All men at dealership were very friendly.
I'm sure if you buy a car from them, they'll treat you great. But I moved here from out of state and they treated me terribly. I had to either beg for a shuttle or use Uber. They told me my CPO car had too many miles to still be under warranty until I showed them the Volvo website showing that CPO cars had UNLIMITED MILES. Then I had to really beg and nag them to even inquire about whether things would be covered. After a while paying $500 for oil changes feels pretty crummy when I'm not getting any extra support out of it. ... read more
"Sold a brand new Mercedes that we found out a year later..." Sold a brand new Mercedes that we found out a year later had previous damage (discovered when selling to new owner who did an inspection) Mistakes happen but we can;t even get a response from the GM (Bryan Vass). "Car repair" We took our 2005 Mercedes in because we were not getting blown heat or air. Learned the blower motor was gone plus it damaged the regulator. While there I was notified that we had a strong gas odor. It was determined our fuel tank had a issue. Was the told thst Mercedes had extended the warranty for fuel tank. To our surprise and pleasure it was covered. We wiuld not have known without the attentiveness of the service staff.
"I believe it was a A service " Went in for a inspection and a service, it was done with in and hour or so and a complimentary wash and vacuum. Just as important the price was as stated in the beginning
"Technology is not their friend" Made an appointment online. Very convenient, so I thought. Got their ahead of time at 9:50 for a 10:00 appt. went for a walk and visited two nearby businesses. Received a call at 10:54 as I was just walking in the door thinking the job was completed. Come to find out Because I used the online appt service, they didn’t check to see if I needed any parts! Job had to b rescheduled. 😡
"$166 is too high" Labor rate too high for Lynchburg!!! $166!!!! Gosh.This is not Alexandria. Research other rates at area dealers. You are making it too expensive to own a BMW!!
