We leased a BMW 428i for three years, and decided not to replace the car at the end of the term. We didn't expect much service with the return process, but were pleasantly surprised with Steve Lerner. He took the time to explain the return process, clear out the electronics (phone book and Nav), and provide us with a copy of his inspection. During the ownership of the car we were well taken care of by Richmond BMW and would highly recommend them and the staff to anyone who wants to buy the Ultimate Driving Machine.
I came here looking at a 2013 Nissan Altima I really wanted that I happened to come across online. I just wanted to check it out and test drive before I go across town to another dealership .Next thing I know I'm trading in my old car and getting this Nissan. Shopping for a car that is a pleasant experience? Why ....yes! After being rear-ended by a drunk (in the afternoon, no less), my nerves were shot, my emotions were high.....and I needed to find a good used car. Here I am at the end of my lease of a 328i BMW. I contacted Steve Lerner, Client Advisor for a pre-lease end evaluation.
