He responded to all my emailed questions with complete honesty and respect, and in a very timely manor. This is the fourth car that we've purchased from New Motors in Erie. We keep coming back for several reasons. First, they respond quickly to email inquiries. This is an area where we've found other dealerships fall down. Second, once we were at the dealership we found their sales person, Carol Bianchi, to be friendly, helpful, and not pushy. The salesperson (Seth) made you feel welcome from the moment you entered and it remained that way throughout the entire deal. He was patient and attentive to our needs and wants and did everything he could to ensure the vehicle we purchased was exactly what we wanted at the price we expected. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help in any way. Took a test drive and was even offered the vehicle to drive longer that day while shopping. Made a good deal on a new vehicle without too much trouble. I did alot of research on the vehicle I was interested before I arrived. I would recommend New Motors Kia. Thank you!

I was completely sold on this dealership because of the excellent experience I had with our sales rep, Andrew. He was stellar. A real cut above the average. I had visited other car dealers previously and had a good opportunity to compare him with what else was out there...in terms of comportment, knowledge, authority, and trustworthiness.

No hassles or pressure like you get at some dealerships. very friendly atmosphere and salesman. Very clean waiting room had snacks and drinks for free plus wireless connectivity for free also. Salesman was great to deal with easy to get ahold of great at keeping In contact with me very attentive.

We first visited the Dealer to browse for fun a few yearsd ago. The sales person was very helpful in showing us the car and did not pressure us to buy. We came in recently looking to buy or lease and the same salesman assisted us. At th esame time, we had entered a query through th einternet and the internet salesperson followed up with emails and phone calls, offering any assistance we needed, including getting cars cleaned off (dead of winter) and ready to go when we came in. Great experience, friendly, professional sales. Service department seems to be on the ball. Had a minor problem with the car and they fixed it quickly. The sales person sat with me in the car and explained all the controls before I took delivery of the car.
