We were greeted by Sean Madigan. Our first impression was good and it lasted our total visit - from the beginning to the end. He was courteous and knowledgeable of the VW vehicles. He was helpful and assisted us with all of our questions. We purchased a 2011 Jetta TDI on Monday, February 28, 2011 and the paperwork went very smoothly. This was our first purchase at this dealership. Phil Glass was wonderful. He was kind, honest, very warm. We met him on Friday evening and came back Saturday morning and left with a new vehicle. We will definitely be regulars at this dealership. We look forward to always working with Phil Glass.

I found my slightly used BMW 128i on the internet and had to work remotely with Jim Armbruster and Allen Yingling. My buying experience was excellent and I would recommend New Motors to anyone. In my case, I was importing the car into Canada, and Allen's experience with dealing with the US Border Service was invaluable.

Phil listen to me explain what I was looking for and then showed me several vehicles only one of which was being considered by me initially. After comparing all my options I ended up with a vehicle Phil had suggested to me as best meeting my needs. It was not my initial consideration. I came to New Motors just to look, as I had been having trouble with the car I currently owned. I honestly had no intentions of leaving the dealership with a new car, but that's the way it went! Everyone was very friendly, introduced themselves to my wife and I. Let us go for test drive. Found us a car at another dealership in the color we liked. Helped us with financial borrowing. Very satisfied!!!! My daughter was also interested in a car and they help[ed with pricing her trade-in.
