My experience with New Motors has always been positive. I like doing business with this dealership because I have never felt pressured in anyway. We were pleased with the 2010 Outback that we bought in April of 2010 so we decided to take a look at the Lagacy. Phil showed us a Lagacy that was on the lot and the price was right.

Staff was very helpful, and quickly found the vehicle we wanted within a week. Plus, the vehicle had a few options that we hadn't ordered, yet we were not charged for those options. Their price was lower that all others we researched, and there was no haggling back and forth. Our salesman was genuinely concerned regarding our satisfaction in every aspect.

I contacted the dealership via email and had no one with whom I was working when I entered the dealership. Shane immediately approached me and told me that I would be meeting with him. We had an informational visit about a Subaru Outback; he showed me the car and all of its new features in the 2011 model; and then we took the car for a test drive. Seth and the entire Kia Team were great to work with from start to finish. The Kia Sorento we purchased was exactly what my wife had in mind. They found us a great interest rate and made a good offer on our trade-in. I will recommend this to all of my friends. I hope never to need much service, but when I do, I have faith that New Motors and its staff will do a wonderful job!

I found my experience working with Phil Glass to be very positive. He was knowledgeable about the Subaru line of vehicles and I appreciated his suggestion that I consider the new Outback. Seth explained the differences between the cars we were interested in and showed us all the options the cars had to offer. He was very polite and worked with us to give us a great deal! I will recommend Seth and New Motors to everyone. It was a great shopping experience and I LOVE my new Kia Forte!!

Went to buy a new Subaru Outback. Phil was a pleasure to deal with. He knew the product well and was not overbearing. They agreed to our price without a lot of annoying nickle and dime haggeling and were not pushy on the extra packages. They also offered fair value for our trade. It was as painless as a new car purchase can be.

Purchasing my new Outback from New Motors was one of the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. It was so nice to deal with another female. Carol Bianchi was so helpful and answered all of my questions, offered suggestions, and even made sure that I was comfortable with my decisions. I also appreciated the fact that she took the time to introduce me to the Service Manager and staff. I know I will be very comfortable dealing with everyone in the future..

We found our experience at New Motors was very positive. This being our second purchase of a BMW here we were well informed by Steve of the new qualities and performances to expect from our 2011 BMW. So far we have had 2 follow-up communications from New Motors which pleases us a lot. All is good and we are very happy with our new BMW and I know I can count on further help if needed from this dealership.
