"Pleasantly surprised" I went in not feeling super confident that I’d be able to get anything since I’m coming out of a bankruptcy after a divorce. But they went out of their way to work on my behalf and I ended up driving away with a much more reliable vehicle than the one I was using!

"Randy is the definition of excellence (Service department) " I called the service department about a check engine light that came on my Traverse on a Monday and Randy Wallace squeezed in an appointment for me asap despite the fact that their service department is always busy. He promptly notified me of what was wrong with my vehicle and to my benefit he informed me that it was covered under my powertrain warranty, he kept me up to speed everyday and even sent me pictures of the work being performed on my vehicle and on top ... read more
