Buying a vehicle is nerve-wracking for my wife. I enjoy it, to a point, but this purchase was for her and it was important to find what she needed, and wanted. Kevin did a great job of answering questions, but his laid back demeanor really put my wife in a better place, a more relaxed stated. She ended up with a brand new 2016 Equinox, and the smile on her face meant the world to me. I would recommend Kevin to anybody looking for a vehicle purchase.

I have purchased 4 new vehicles and 1 used one from Lou Bachrodt. I have and will only work with Sam. He is not the stereotypical car salesman.
