I just leased a 2016 Chevy Cruze. This was my first major purchase and Josh and the staff were so patient during the process. We discovered a few hiccups in the process and they really went above and beyond to get me in the right vehicle. My parents ONLY purchase vehicles through Lou Bachrodt so leasing here was a no brainer. I didn't leave with what I planned on getting, but I couldn't be more pleased with the alternative!

We were very pleased with the curtesy and attention we received from Fil Sotomayer our sales agent. He also demonstrated a through knowledge of the automobile and clearly dealt with all our concerns. It was a pleasure to deal with him and the other personnel at Bachrodt Auto.

Didn't have a great experience the first day I came in there but I gave it another chance due to niecy. She convinced me to come back and then my sales rep. was JR and he made it possible for me to leave with a vehicle. Then the financing part with Frank was fast and smooth. I enjoyed working them.

I had a bad experience at this dealership way back when, and swore I'd never go back. I came in to look at Terrains and was met in the lot by Jim Canfield. We talked about what I was looking for and I said I'd be back on Saturday. After the test drive, we worked out a deal with the help of the GM rep. I was very pleased with the overall experience.
