This has been one of the best car buying experiences I've had. I worked with Brent and he was very kind and made me feel at ease and very comfortable knowing my circumstances. He pushed to get me in the car I wanted and because of that, I'll never do business anywhere else.

I had the best salesman Brent Woodard. I came all the way from Chicago, IL to Rockford just to trade in my 2012 Nissan Versa it was a hour/half drive but it was all worth it the services was Great they took the time to explain so much to me I would give them 5stars now I have a 2015 Chevy Cruz and I ??my New Car thanks Brent (best sales man ??)thanks Lou Bachrodt Greatly Appreciated

I went to Lou Bachrodt to look at some vehicles. Brent was patient and showed me numerous vehicles until I found one I liked. Brent was extremely knowledgable about the vehicles he showed me and if I had a question he couldn't answer he found someone who could. I enjoyed looking at cars and getting information without being rushed or pressured. Overall an exellent experience.

I walked in having no clue was ok was looking for but knew I had to get a new car.. Brent made my car search painless.. He asked a few questions and within no time I was put into my brand new 2015 Cruze for the price I needed. I will never work with anyone else. He has me for life.

I had an amazing experience with the staff at Lou Bachrodt. Mike Fisher was the best sales consultant I've ever had to deal with and I don't think I'll ever deal with another one as long as Mike is around. I ended up buying 2 brand new cars because Mike's attitude, personality and easy going - no pressure approach. I also had the pleasure of working with Ed in the finance dept.
