I'm a very picky and difficult customer when it comes to what I want. I worked with Lothan Henry and told him exactly what I wanted and that I didn't want anything else. He was very understanding and patient to my demands. He tried his hardest to get me in the Jeep that I wanted, and did just that even though mine and my husband's credit wasn't the best. He was very easy to work with and I will definitely come back the next time I want a vehicle!

Well I stopped by a few weeks earlier looking for a used vehicle for my mother-in-law. At the time they did not have anything in her price range on the lot. However a little over a week Dale called with what he thought was a great vehicle and within her price range. When I brought her back out, the 2002 Ford Explorer was more than we both expected. Jim did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and asked the right questions to put us in the car we wanted. He also was capable of answering all the questions we had.

The salesman was very up front, didn't try to hide hidden costs from us. He did everything within his power to get my wife and myself the best deal possible. My hat is off to Fil Sotomayor, our salesman. He was with us at every step, kept us up on what was taking place. He was there until the end, explaining the working of the vehicle a 2nd time. just before leaving, he stated any problems, give him a call and he would do what he could to fix the problem. Thanks.
