This was our second time purchasing a vehicle from Lou Bachrodt. The service was exceptional all the way thru the deal! We went in looking for our salesman Jeff Martin and found out he was off but his colleague jumped right in. We explained to Brent Woodward what our budget was and he was eager to help us! I was very satisfied with my visit. Prosper answered all questions. It was not a long drawn out process. I also liked the fact of NOT having a pushy salesman. I went in there and told them what I was looking for and payment as well and that is what I got. When it comes time I will go back to Lou Bachrot Auto Mall.

Not new to Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall since they have been taking care of our Saturn for a number of years. I just picked up my M235i today that I ordered in March and Josh Schneider made the process so easy. He was great and anytime I had a question about the car he answered me back very quickly. The process was stress free thanks to him and I would recommend him to anyone buying a car.
