I received excellent information and customer service. I only went in to test drive a 2012 Enclave and ended up buying a 2014 Chevy Malibu!

We were very pleased with the customer we received at Lou Bachrodt, our salesman JR Henry did everything we needed in order to walk away with the vehicle we wanted which was the 2011 Chevy Traverse. All of the employees were friendly and nice to our whole family. The facilities were very good, they had a play area for my two daughters and clean bathrooms. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.

We were very happy with our experience. Everything was readily explained or quickly researched. All our questions were answered. Brandon Campbell took very good care of me. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold. As single lady shopping for a car can be intimidating. Brandon let me know right away that what I wanted was important. We test drove three cars until I found the one I wanted. Every step of the process was quite easy. Richard is by far one of my best car salesperson. He is very courteous with low selling pressure, and treat his customers with great respect. We are totally impressed with him during our car buying experience. Richard is very honest, and recommends options that fit your life style. Upon picking up our X3, he spent over 2.5 hr to aquaint us with the car, which is extremely helpful. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Richard!! (However, when we deal with the billing department, the experience is quite different!)
