i recently visit Bmw bayside for service on my BMW M6 Jennifer was the one who helped me with everything , it was a pleasure dealing with Jennifer she was nice and friendly and so PROFESSIONAL, she knows everything there is to know about your BMW vehicle she always call back and update you on whats going on with your vehicle unlike others that make you call and chase them all day and you still dont get an answer or a call back... i would like to start off by saying what a great sales person i had come across at BMW of Bayside. Quinn is a fantastic person and it was a pleasure to work with him. he answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable when it came down to buying a car. Jose Rivas truly went above and beyond my expectations with his assistance when purchasing my CPO 650i a few weeks ago. He was very friendly and was able to answer all my questions regarding my purchase. He took the time to show me the how to operate the wonderful features in car (e.g. setting up my Naviagtion address book;setting up my Bluetooth). What an amazing experience. I wanted a car since I was 16 but due to school, work and hard economic times I wasn't able to get one. Now 23 I wanted to make up for this lost time with something awesome. So a brand new BMW was obviously the best way to go about it.
