Dale was very friendly and reliable. I was an out of state buyer therefore the process was a little more trickery. It took me a month to finalize everything and Dale was always on top of his game to ensure I had all the paperwork completed. I was out on Long Island visiting family on New Year's Eve and I knew that Bayside had a specially optioned 550i that I was interested in purchasing. I shopped other dealers in the morning and made my way to Bayside just after lunch. After a short test drive I decided that this was the car for me. Jose Rivas is the sole reason why I bought my m3 not only did he convince me it was a good buy but he was also very knowledgeable. What I liked about Jose the most was that he also owns a BMW so that was also a plus. Speaking about paying for the car, I paid much of it with cash, and Conrad was the best manager to help count all the cash I bought in. Even the cash counting machine went nuts!!
