My wife and I was fortunate to have met Sean Parks, who convinced me switch my loyalty from Audi to BWM. Words cannot begin to describe our experience. We have owned 4 other BMW's and they cannot compare to the customer service, respect, professionalism that Burc Yurtsel provided. This was our first experience with Bayside BMW and give them a FIVE STAR rating.
I knew I had a good salesman when Sean agreed to wait for me to get off work, even though he was off. The dealership honored the internet price, when I got there. The purchasing paperwork went smoothly as well. After the purchase was finalized I was impressed that Sean took the time to make sure I was comfortable operating the controls in the car. I enjoyed my buying experience at BMW of Bayside this week. I dealt with Sean Parks who had extensive product knowledge, a willingness to take the time to fully explain all my options regarding leasing, financing, trade in value, etc. We made a great deal on a 328i XDrive. I would definitely recommend Sean to family and friends.
James was great to work with and since this was my first BMW it was important that I had a salesperson who took the time to understand my needs and work with me. He was upfront and honest. Any questions I had he was always willing to help. I have had several follow up questions and he is just as friendly now as he was when I was thinking to buy the car. I recommend buying/leasing your next BMW with James.
I originally didn't expect to buy a BMW, but when I did some research I decided that it might be a better investment. I went into the dealership with an idea of what I wanted and how much I could afford, and Quinn and his sales manager were very helpful in getting me the exact car I wanted and helping me get a rate and a payment I could manage. I am very satisfied with my new car and I am definitely planing on getting my future cars from the BMW Bayside team.
I had a wonderful experience at service department for BMW of Bayside today. Excellent service by Jennifer Odato. She followed up throughout the entire process and was very efficient. I was greeted promptly by jennifer and she gave me a loaner vehicle while my car was being service. When i picked up car it runs great and the cleaned car as weill. Thanks for excellent service.
bmw of bayside was the only place i went to because they had the car in stock and ready to go and also on top of that burc yurtsel was a very nice person over the phone he help me choose the right car i wanted. he was very nice to me with customer service show me everything about the car. i was very happy how i was treated by burc, if i do ever get another bmw im deff. going to burc yurtsel again hands down!!!!
