Quinn is “the man”!!!! Last May I went into the dealership to find a car for my wife. I must say, the experience was a welcoming one. Quinn “the man”, was attentive, humorous and at the same time very professional with his job. He was able the find a car with some mileage on it but loaded with features and at a great price. My wife love’s the car and still trying to learn some of the loaded features. The car is still running good with no problem. Hey Quinn, I still remember your Oxtail. See you when I get back in town.

Bought a 2008 X3 from 500 miles away. Communication was excellent, and the car was about as perfect as you can find in a used car. We flew in, picked up the car, spent the weekend in NYC and drove home. We noticed they had a huge inventory of certified used BMW's and they appeared to all be in excellent condition. Danny told us if they get a trade that doesn't meet standards, they don't put it on their lot and that genuinely appeared to be the case.

I just purchased my first BMW from Burc Yurtsel and was definitely happy with all the help he gave me. Not only was he informative and kind, he was also very accomodating and flexible with my schedule. He constantly followed up through phone calls, emails, and texts which were a great help especially with my busy work schedule. When I finally picked up my vehicle, Burc was there personally teaching me everything about my car and even helping me to set up my phone. I was very pleased with the service I was given.

Our salesman James Jacome was a professional, experienced and helpful salesperson. He was extremely patient and informative to both my mom and myself. His knowledge and expertise of BMW vehicles made this a very easy decision for us. We were also very impressed on how he touched base with us to make sure that we absolutely loved the car for the days to follow after our purchase. We absolutely loves the car and were very happy that we took James' word on the choice of interior colors. Thank you for all your help James!

This place has amazing service upon my arrival we came in for a 2006 330ci blue on tan my dream car having just retired from being a driver for over 50 yrs i know cars and had been searching for a while for just the right one and at first were very upset the location was wrong i went to a vacant lot that had a sign that said that they moved to another location i arrived there and it was the service department then they sent me to another location it was only new cars they then sent me to the used car lot which was only 2 blo... read more
