I take this opportunity to say what a very pleasant experience it was working with Charlie Caporimo of Bayside BMW in assisting us to obtain our new X3 2012 BMW. Prior to coming to Bayside BMW, my wife and I shopped at two other BMW dealerships and were extremely disappointed with their customer service. So when we happen to visit Bayside BMW and were fortunate to have met Charlie, we new right then we had a winner. Charlie was the consumate professional....and because of him we are very happy with our new BMW.
James knows his business and is very professional. He helped us select the right car at the right price. I love my 328 xi. Its awesome and I want to thank James for his helpful assistance. He quickly located the car of our choice. He listens carefully and is very adept at completing the transaction quickly and accurately. I would definitely recommend James.
Michael Krulewich, Service Consultant at BMW of Bayside is truly an asset to your BMW Center. From the first day I met him, he was straight foward about my car and I felt I could trust him. On recurrent visits I always requested to speak to Michael. On this specific day, my car stopped fuctioning and I called Michael. I just purchased a new BMW 328 x drive from Bayside BMW. My experience could not have been better. Everything about the transaction was completely transparent. I got a great deal, and they even allowed me to turn in my previous vehicle, (an Audi) four months early! The salesman I dealt with was Burc Yurtsel. I had a service related problem last week, and I would personally like to commend the service mgr. Marlo Bellizzi for accomodating me and getting me taken care of in a very professional manner. I was very surprised at the way I was treated at her service dept. She is a wonderful person with a matching personality. She runs her service dept. like a 5 star dealership. Just WOW!!!!! You need to see Quinn. Many dealerships have sales person's that will help you and do everything for the sale and also fellow up with you just because they have too, because you can hear it inside there voice. Not with Quinn, he really care's for you and wants to help you all the time. Go see him for yourself and you will see. Also Conrad and Don was the best of the best.
