I came in to the dealership not knowing what I want so I was more or less just looking around. My experience with Bayside BMW was great. Quinn was a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, very professional and straight to the point. But what sealed the deal was that they gave exactly what i ask for my trade-in. I bought the car in 2 days,is beatiful i love it. Don Masters explained all the options available and even got me a good interest rate. Overall I'm very satisfied with this transaction, it was fast and smooth. Perfect!
Charlie was very professional, easy to work with and was available 6 days a week. Leased a 2012 750I and the entire process went very smooth. After we negotiated a fair deal and ordered the car Charlie called back to advise that a new program became available and was lowering my lease payments even more. The car was delivered as promised and Charlie explained all the new features thoroughly. The entire experience was wonderful!

My lease was up this December and I know Charlie very well, have been doing business with him more many years. I went from driving a BMW X5 to the new gorgeous BMW X3. This was our second lease from this dealer and we were very pleased with our salesman Neil. The payment process was also handled well without any pressure from the sales manager to buy additional options, a common annoyance in many car dealers.
