It was a pleasure to deal with this dealership, the sales rep Quinn was very responsive to my questions and handled my purchase very professional, the car was delivered very clean and as promised.
i've been a customer of BMW Bayside for about 5 years now and i always received satisfactory customer service, but recently i have been going more than usual and have been helped by Marlo Bellizzi. She has gone out of her way to help me with my problems and has made me a very happy customer. i would recommend this branch because they care and have great management. They have set a great standard for customer service there and i appreciate it very much.
This is our third BMW from this dealership. We love the car, it has great performance on the road. Mr Caporimo has been extremely helpful in assisting us through the process to get a new car. He has devoted his time while in the premises answering questions, exchanging ideas making the process very pleasant We also feel the service is great, the personnel is friendly, attentive and knowledgeable.

This dealership is very good. This is the second car I have leased through Bayside BMW and both experiences were very satisfying. The staff in the dealership is friendly yet professional. I was greeted at the door by a receptionist and she made it a point to get my name, remember it and use it every time I arrived to see my sales associate. We have purchased many cars and I must say that this BMW car purchase was our best yet. Tony, the Sales Manager was truly exceptional to deal with and we picked up our new BMW from Burc Yurtsel who was available to go over the car with us. Burc was patient and informed us of the features of our new car. He never rushed us and made our "pick up" experience what it should be -- wonderful! I must say Jose went the extra mile and even came In on his off day to help complete the sale of my 3 series. He was very polite and respectful, definitely a no pressure sales man. He was very knowledgeable and will work with you. I felt at ease through the whole process. I would recommend him to anyone interested in buying a BMW.
