My wife and I visited with the intention of checking pricing we received on a 2011 328ix from a competing BMW dealer. I met James several years ago at Rallye BMW and have been a customer since. When meeting James I instantly felt comfortable with him and the buying process which we all know to a consumer can be a difficult process. When I arrived at the dealership, I told the manager John that I was here to trade in my 2008 BMW 5 series car, for an X5. he then assigned me the salesman named Quinn, and we were very happy with the deal the manager gave us. Quinn was very helpful also.

It's not often you leave a dealership fealing confident that you are beeing told all of teh facts - no hidden secrets or issues you might have to worry about after you write that big check!
