Half Year Checkup and State Inspection My service advisor Andreea Rebaltescu always explains any work done very well if needed. Since this was just a half yearly check there was no repairs needed and the vehicle needed a State Inspection which it passed with no repairs required. Andreea is one of the best service advisors I have encountered and she is very knowledgeable about the BMW.
Great service without any pressure 7 year old BMW just neeeed regular maintenance items. Fast and efficient.

James Park was Professional and Expeditious! I purchased a 2015 Certified BMW 640xi Gran Coupe from BMW of Fairfax via their Online Sales. I flew up to DCA from Greensboro and took an Uber over to the Dealership. I was immediately Greeted upon my arrival by James who gave me a quick Test Drive and overview of the car. stop Low balling people on trade ins I wish the dealership would let people know that it is not mandatorily required by the state of Virginia that you must to pay the $499.00 processing fee... so stick to your guns when buying and you save this money in your buying process ... other than that great service I will be buying my next BMW from them
