Amazing Service Had the pleasure to purchase a used 3 series from the associate James Park and it was a most memorable experience. I've never experienced customer service like I was offered here at any other car dealership...ever. The entire process was quick, easy and smooth. Special shoutout to Ferris for excellent service as well, as the financing process is usually a nightmare. This dealership is highly recommended, if you're in the market for a new or used car.

Fairfax BMW restored my faith in the brand I would recommend this dealership to anyone. The service was immediate, friendly and reasonably priced and the facility was impressive and comfortable. What a great place. After purchasing a pre-owned BMW, my first experience was with the nearby Passport BMW in MD and dealing with that horror show made me wish I had never considered buying one. Service at BMW of Fairfax Had two new tires put on my BMW on an earlier visit. Afterward I started to notice vibrations in the front end. I took the vehicle back in and they rebalanced one of the new tires.
