I love Princeton BMW. I have always taken my car there for routine service and everytime I'm treated like they're number 1 customer! Kudos to everyone that works there but especially my service advisor, Michael Sobecki & all the wonderful valet guys! I look forward to a pleasant experience next time! Princeton BMW has provided me with excellent, courteous service on the two occassions my 335xi has received routine maintenance and tire replacement (due to a nail). Most recently, I was able to conveniently schedule an appointment within 48 hours of calling, waited in comfort while it was serviced, and drove home in a fully washed and expertly serviced car 30 minutes before it was promised to me. The service advisor and the service I received from Princeton BMW have been the best bar none for any vehicle I have owned. I did not purchase my vehicle from them but they have treated me like I did and when the time comes for the next vehicle purchase they are at the top of the list!
After dealing with horrendus service from Open Road BMW in Edison, I purchased my BMW from Princeton BMW. Contrary to what I had heard, I had quite a different experience. I talk to John Major on the telephone Friday to pinpoint what I exactly wanted and what I was willing to pay for it: I wanted a 328i with manual transmission (typically a tough find). We have been dealing with princeton Bmw and Tony fo r 9 years. The service is outstanding as it the salesperson. I will start with our salesperson, over the nine years he has taken a personal interest in our likes and needs. We never have to call him when our lease is up, nor do we have to haggle over price. I have heard a lot of bad things about Princeton BMW and the ratings & comments below show it. I remember the first time I went in their without an appointment, I couldn't get anyone to help me out. Now that I have already bought 3 vehicles from this dealership, at least I get some attention. However maybe I have been lucky. I have a had a great sales person in Evan, who actually responds to emails and gets back to me in a timely manner. Their pricing may not be the best, but I can live with it. "Stereotypical bait and switch still exists. Dealer..." Stereotypical bait and switch still exists. Dealer advertised a car on Autotrader and then tried to add $995 on for a dealer installed option they claim they put on every car. If this attachment is on every car why wasn’t it included in the advertised price? Buyer beware - their pricing is not transparent and there will be a catch.
