"Took my convertible BMW there. They charged me $2000 to..." Took my convertible BMW there. They charged me $2000 to fix my top. Looked up the parts and they were $300. So I was charged $1700 for 2 hours worth of work tried the top today for the first time and it doesn’t work. They also washed my car , which was nice, but got grease all over the window. Definitely would not recommend them.

Bought a used vehicle from this dealership one month ago and it now requires $5k worth of repairs, which Princeton won't take responsibility for. The glove box leather covering has completely peeled off, the trunk electric is unresponsive and the engine is having trouble.
