"Great Experience!" Found my experience with BMW Cleveland to be very pleasing. Salesman Manny O. was very to the point and kept his word on everything we agreed to during the sale. I was very pleased with the purchase of my vehicle from this dealership!!!

"Doug did an excellent job making my experience positive." I have found the sales force to be lacking in experience. They are not interested in selling cars. While in the showroom the other day, not one person asked if I had any questions.
"Redo a recall" Had to redo a recall that was poorly done by another BMW dealer. Danielle was awesome! She squeezed me into the already-booked schedule and kept me informed every step of the way with a very pleasant attitude.

"Great advisor" I did have a great experience who is the client advisor Jon Lingelbach . He was very helpful. Had quite a bit of information about the car also had very prompt responses to my questions and emails back-and-forth. He made the buying experience one of the best I had.
"Ohio Buckeye " Everyone was very professional and courteous. Vehicle was returned washed and vacuumed. Service advisor kept me updated on the progress of service. This dealership is excellent in all aspects of my vehicle experience. 10+ rating.

"Excellent service" It was my first time for service for the certified preowned vehicle I had recently bought from a dealership in another city. They were very helpful, immediately responsive by phone and email to getting my information into their system, scheduling the service at a time convenient for me, providing valet and loaner car service, and keeping me updated by phone regarding the status of the service. Completed the service promptly and completely. Couldn't have been more smooth experience.

"Maintenance service. " Went in for filters and fluid changes. Also multi point inspection. Honored a 36k inspection that should have been done last time I was in and had not been done at no charge. A bit expensive. The lounge is comfortable and good for working while service performed. Danielle is very helpful.

"Third purchase -always above and beyond" This was my third purchase with Jeff Allen. My lease was ending and Jeff managed to get me in to my new vehicle at a price I never thought possible.
