Purchasing experience From the moment we stepped in to the showroom in September, to our our final visit yesterday, the ordering and purchasing process was awesome. Great service experience! I made an appointment in advance and the Service Advisor, Dontae, efficiently checked me in. He told me the service would take 90 minutes and that’s how long it took! Waiting area has comfortable seating and plenty of liquid refreshments and snacks, plus a charging station if your equipment needs extra juice while you are waiting.
Service Rep was great I had an oil change, and an issue with the radio addressed. My sales rep, Deonte, kept me updated during the entire process, and explained what services were being done.
