Recall and Check Service performed a recall update, did an engine/tirs check and new key battery. Great service, always honest and they washed the car.

Superior Service All of the folks at the service area will prompt and courteous and on top of the game even though as usual it was a busy day at BMW of Annapolis. I was impressed with the text I got with a small video review of the undercarriage of my car and it was ironic as I pulled up to return to the service center I saw them out test driving my car. Now that’s incredible service! I would highly recommend this dealership. Bob A

Went out of their way The car they sold me was a very specific car and they made sure it was up to par and met my desires. Bryan was super nice and knowledgeable and I was in contact with him and GM throughout the process. Everything went smoothly, quickly, efficiently as all my questions and concerns were addressed. Wish all car buying experiences were like this.

Routine oil change Service itself was fine, but not easy to make an appointment. Apparently, ‘live’ phone appointments are made through a call center in Texas…very long automated phone system, and when I did finally connect with a person, she was hard to understand and hung up on my while I was asking a question about my appointment. Also had an en expected wait when I arrived for my scheduled service, despite what appeared to me to be several service representatives who were not helping customers.

Good experience after a bad one at another dealership We bought a used Honda CR-V. We had identified it as the type of car we wanted and, after experiencing a bait-and-switch at another dealership, it was refreshing that we were able to make an appointment to see a specific car and have it there waiting for us and not “Oh, that one was sold.” Our salesperson, Tim, was likable but also professional and informative.
