Excellent experience Dontae made our experience noteworthy. He was friendly, helpful and competent. He kept us well informed. Technicians stayed after hours to complete the work. We really appreciate everything that was done for us.
Service Department Friendly staff as you walk in the door. Let you know how long a service will take. Always a clean waiting room. The service writer’s will answer any questions you have about your vehicle or will find out if the are not sure. Just need to let the customer know when the vehicle is ready. I had to go ask how much longer and they didn’t realize that my vehicle was done and ready. Wished they had more merchandise in the waiting room to look at and purchase.
First time visit Jeremy was awesome. He provided me with all the info that I inquired about. This was a great first experience.
Good Service I made my appointment using the BMW app and the customer service I received at the dealership while waiting on my vehicle was impeccable.
“They got this.” My service rep of 13 years left the company. It was a sad separation for me. I have a new service rep. We experienced a robbery and had to have all systems rekey. He made the repair and transition painless.
Oil change Loved the car wash and vacuum
Great Service The service was great. Went here for an oil change and Dontae was very nice and friendly. The only thing was that it took almost 5 hours for my car to be ready. They even watched my car which was very kind and courteous of them to do.
